  • What is A2Z Tradies all about?

    A2Z Tradies is your local online directory with hundreds of rated trades across the Gold Coast & Brisbane, waiting to tackle your project!

    Our purpose is simple: To help those planning trade related projects to find their ideal rated & reviewed tradie quickly, effortlessly and for free.  We are not a job quoting site & don't sell contact information.  All business profiles include full contact details for you to get in touch when you need too, either by phone, email or SMS.

    Our vetting and constant monitoring of our highlighted tradies provides you with the assurance that any tradesman or tradeswoman you choose will be capable of completing your job to a high standard.

    Businesses listed currently cover the Gold Coast & Brisbane, but watch this space with will be expanding our reach soon!.

  • How will A2Z Tradies work for me?

    If you join A2ZTradies.com.au as a member, here are a selection of the ways we help to give your business a boost:

    Company Profile

    Show comprehensive company details, Plus images, feedback & appear in multiple trades & services categories.

    Limited Numbers

    Membership numbers are limited for each trade/service category per area.

    No commissions 

    We don't believe in that, so you will never see us charge commission.

    Get messages straight to your inbox.

    Consumers can email you directly from your profile page.

    With our expertise in internet technologies and marketing strategies, we are able to offer a variety of advertising packages that suit your company profile. You choose the package that best suit your service requirements and branding goals.

  • How can I join?

    Joining is easy, simply click on the "add your business" on the main menu & follow the steps of registration.

  • Can I edit my profile page?

    Yes, on completion of registration you will be emailed login details and have full access to change any information listed.

    To edit your profile page, login to your account and click "my business listings"

  • How do I get the most out of my listing?

    To get the most out of your membership, it’s important to keep your feedback up to date, and upload good relevant photographs to go with your profile. Companies who receive the most work are those who have a decent number of reviews. We also offer importing reviews you may of accumulated across the web as long as we can verify them.
    We recommend that you ask your customers to leave a review on your profile page. For optimum results, think of this as being your shop window, think FEEDBACK, PHOTOGRAPHS, and GREAT PROFILE!

    Don’t forget – hand your review cards out or provide your email link (to your profile) after any work you do, not just to your A2Z Tradies customers.

  • I cover more than one category, can I list in all of them?

    Free listings only allow for inclusion in one trade category & one suburb.

    Feature listings will allow for more than one category, however your account manager can tailor a package to suit.  After creating your profile your local account manager will be in contact to discuss the best possible exposure for your business including services offered & areas covered.

  • Are listing numbers limited?

    Only featured listings are limited for each trade service within an area. (10 feature listings per suburb per trade) Our aim is to provide consumers with a choice of rated traders, whilst allowing our listed businesses to gain the best possible exposure and return on their investment.

  • How do you advertise my company?

    A2Z Tradies promote the site through campaigns on social media, local newspapers and search engines such as google, bing & yahoo. Shortly you will also here our campaigns on local radio as well as see us across the local transport network Every single month our adverts are seen by thousands of potential customers across the region. Please get in touch if you would like more specified numbers relating to your industry.

  • How can I order more feedback cards?

    You can order more feedback cards by sending an email to feedback@a2ztradies.com.au or alternatively email your account manager.

    Please allow 7-10 days for delivery.

  • What happens if I get a bad review?

    All feedback/reviews are individually activated, in the event of a negative review we contact you and the customer first to find out what the issues were. If it is deemed suitable after investigation, then we let the future customers on A2zTradies.com.au know, because we have checked that it is reliable customer feedback. You are able to respond directly on the website so future customers can see both sides of the situation.

    Tips on getting past a negative review.

    Encourage other clients to review your business - lots of good reviews will quickly outweigh one poor review.

    If you are able to sort any issues out with a customer after a negative review, ask them to post another comment on how you reached a resolution.

  • How will I know if I have a new review/feedback left on my profile?

    All reviews are individually activated by our feedback team.  Once we have verified the review you will automatically be sent an email which includes any feedback left.

  • How can I ask a customer to rate me?

    If you have completed a job recently, but haven't yet received feedback, we would advise simply sending a friendly reminder email or SMS to your customer.

    If you are a paid member, email & text templates are provided in your welcome pack. We highly recommended you also link to your profile from your own website using our "Review us badge" found here..

  • I was declined a paid membership, why?

    We decline some businesses for a number of reasons. Some being the following:

    1. In order for us to promote any featured listings we have a few guidelines that have to be met, like having a registered business with an ABN, Holding public liability insurance, Proof of address & Proof of licenses where applicable. If these are not provided then unfortunately we are unable to promote you via the A2Z Tradies platform.

    We are aware that we can’t help all businesses find work. If we believe that we’ll be unable to help promote your business then we will again decline membership. Some of these may include: We don't advertise the site in your region or your category is not covered in our list of services.

  • Can I Cancel?

    There are no-lock in contracts & you are free to cancel at any time by sending a cancellation email to members@a2ztradies.com.au
    When you cancel, you cancel only future charges associated with your advertising subscription. You may notify us of your intent to cancel at any time, but the cancellation will become effective at the end of your current months billing period. You will continue to have the same access and benefits until the end of your current months billing period.

  • Do I receive an invoice?

    All invoices are emailed on a monthly basis to the email address you provided on registration.

     

     

  • Can I talk to you about joining?

    If you’d like to talk to a member of our team about joining A2Z Tradies, please contact us. We'll be only too happy to have your local account manager call you back.

  • Why do I need public liability insurance?

    Public liability insurance covers any damage or accidental injury to a third party or their property caused by you or your employees or your business. A business that isn't covered by public liability insurance may be exposed to serious financial risk if it was found to be liable to pay for damages or compensation from its own pocket.

    All businesses requiring a featured profile must have & provide a copy of their certificate of currency.

    Many customers will require proof of valid public liability insurance before allowing work to be undertaken.

  • Who uses A2Z Tradies?

    People looking for quality, rated tradesmen, tradeswomen & related industry retailers/providers on the Gold Coast to Brisbane can search A2Z Tradies to find a business in their local area to suit their needs.   • Can I list my business for Free?

    Yes, it’s absolutely free to have your business listed on A2Z Tradies and for customers to search our database of service providers and leave reviews. Businesses only pay a fee to upgrade their profiles to appear above free listings, in more than 1 category & have inclusion in suburbs they want to appear in.

  • What are the benefits?

    Earn more work – being listed on A2Z Tradies means customers looking for services in your area can easily find your business profile.
    Free promotion – it doesn’t cost anything for your business to be listed, that means free promotion which can save you on expensive advertising costs.
    Build your reputation – positive reviews will build your reputation as a quality tradie or service provider and earn you more work.
    Get found – being listed on A2Z Tradies means your business will show up in Google & other search engines naturally.

  • Can I display my reviews on my own website?

    Yes, although we do recommend instead including a link back to your profile using the below image or code found on our link your profile page.

    This not only encourages users on your own website to leave you feedback, but also builds your reputation on A2Z Tradies which in turn will put you one step ahead of your competitors.

  • Do you remove unsatisfactory members?

    We have not had to remove any members yet but in the unlikely event where a member consistently falls short of a reasonable standard, its membership will be suspended.
